Bluey Zarzov’s hotsauce started as a husband and wife partnership in September 2020. For over twenty years, hotsauce making remained Paul’s cherished hobby, allowing experimentation with different chilli varieties and flavours. However, when the COVID-19 pandemic led to the loss of our jobs in horticulture, we made the bold decision to transform our passion into a full-fledged hotsauce manufacturing business. Harnessing the finest fresh produce available in Western Australia, we meticulously curated our best recipes to embark on this exciting new venture.
