For a change of pace, we have a cocktail recipe, which is also available at the Yanchep Inn, featuring Angry Viper.
What you need:
30ml Bluey Zarzov’s Angry Viper
300mlTomato Juice
30ml vodka
Salt
Pepper
A celery stick
Slice of lemon and pimento olives on a toothpick as garnish
A cocktail shaker with strainer
Step 1
Pour a teaspoon of salt and a teaspoon of pepper on a small plate and make sure they are mixed well.
Step 2
Pour the tomato juice, vodka, Bluey Zarzov’s Angry Viper, salt and pepper into a cocktail shaker with ice, and shake it till your arm is about to fall off.
Step 3
Wet the rim of a highball glass and place it upside-down on the plate with the salt and pepper, to coat the rim.
Step 4
Pour the cocktail through the strainer into the glass. Garnish with the celery stick, a thin slice of lemon and two olives on a toothpick.
