The easiest, yummiest chilli you can cook in just a few minutes that will have you coming back for more and more…
What you need:
50ml of Bluey Zarzov’s Angry Viper
500g beef mince
400g tomatoes (fresh or tinned)
400g red kidney beans
1 onion
3 cloves of crushed or minced garlic
A couple of fresh long red chillis
A dollop of yoghurt, sour cream or some cheese (like gorgonzola)
A dollop of tomato paste
A bag of salted corn chips
A sprig or two of fresh coriander (or not)
Step 1
Fry up the beef mince in a hot pan till almost browned. Finely chop the onion and chillis and add to the mince with the garlic, and fry till the onion is soft.
Step 2
Place the tomatoes into the mix, then the tomato paste, 50ml of Bluey Zarzov’s Angry Viper and stir it all up. Add in the kidney beans last and mix all that loveliness together.
Step 3
Pop the corn chips in a bowl and add a sneaky bit of gorgonzola cheese at the bottom. Pour over the Viper Con Carne mix and then garnish with sour cream, or not, or yoghurt, or not, or coriander, or not, or all three… or not. I’m not here to tell you what to do. I’m only making suggestions, right?
