Chicken Shartay Skewers

Perhaps one of the easiest and tastiest way to use Shartenfreude. Let’s get into it!

What you need:
50ml Bluey Zarzov’s Shartenfreude
Chicken breast or thighs
Flat rice noodels
Bamboo skewers
Fresh corriander and lime to garnish

Step 1
Soak your skewers in water for a bit so they dont burn or char later. Chop the chicken into 2cm cubes on pop them onto the skewers one by one.

Step 2
Boil a pot of water and then dump the noodles in, turning off the heat when you do.

Step 3
Heat up a non stick pan, or fire up the bbq and lightly oil the plate. Cook the chicken till golden brown, rotating so all sides get the colour.

Step 4
When the chicken is cooked, paint on the Bluey Zarzov’s Shartenfruede
with a pastry brush until coated. Yep, it’s that easy!

Step 5
Drain the noodles and mix in the remaining Shartenfreude. Place the skewers on top and garnish with corriander leaves and lime wedges. Serve and delight!
