









Do you make these sauces yourselves?
We sure do. Bluey Zarzov’s Hotsauce is run by a husband and wife team and their cat, known respectively by their aliases Bluey Zarzov, Bernie Zarzov and Bitey Zarzov. Bluey and Bernie make all the sauces, oils and rubs and Bitey is cheif box inspector.
Do you grow your own chillis?
We do, but only in a small, backyard capacity, mostly for our own home cooking. We work with several chilli farms in Wanneroo, Pickering Brook, Gingin, Muchea and Carnavon to source the quantity and quality of chillis we need for our sauces.
Can I buy these in stores as well as at markets or online?
You sure can! There’s a list of our stockists right here.
Do you make your sauces at home?
No, our sauces are hand-crafted, but not home-made. As a licenced food manufacturer, we use a commercial kitchen that suits our needs for our batch production sizes and has all the approprate equipment we need.
Which of your sauces is your favourite?
That’s a hard question to answer, as we go through phases of having a favourite, usually based on integrating our sauces into new dishes and trying out new recipies that feature a particular sauce. You should try it too!
Are your sauces gluten free?
Yes, they are. In fact, all the products we make are gluten free, nut free, use no artificial colours, flavours or preservatives, are all plant based and 100% natural.
Shipping Policy
SHIPPING
1. Australian customers, regular & express shipping is typically done via Australia Post. In addition, there may be circumstances where alternative postal carriers can deliver a better value service (eg they may be faster). In these circumstances the alternative postal carrier we typically use are Sendle.
2. Most carriers charge a fixed rate for shipping depending on weight and we can combine postage to save you a lot of money. When we ship by regular post packages typically arrive within a few days to a week. In peak periods they may be slower than this. Express shipping to metro locations is generally means you will receive your parcel the next business day, however occasionally it may take 2 sometimes 3 business days. We provide tracking numbers with orders so you can track your shipments online.
Returns Policy
RETURNS AND REFUND POLICY
Returns
Our policy lasts 10 days. If 10 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the original condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
Refunds (if applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed. Please allow up to 7 days from the date we receive the returned goods for the refund to be processed.
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
Cancellations
1. Orders may be cancelled at no charge by contacting us via email or phone within an hour of ordering. As all orders are dispatched promptly, we cannot guarantee that cancellations occurring after one hour will allow sufficient time for the order to be removed from the system prior to it leaving our warehouse.
2. Orders cannot be cancelled once it has been dispatched and you will be liable for the full amount of the order and shipping charges.
