Plant based meat substitutes have come a long way and you can find all kinds of yummy options on your market shelves. For this recipe we are using Plant Asia’s Roast Duck for a totally plant based and gluten free meal.
What you need:
50ml Bluey Zarzov’s Strawberry Reaper
360g pack of Plant Asia’s Roast Duck
2 tablespoons of balsamic vinegar
A few fresh strawberries
1tablespoon of cooking oil
Step 1
Fry the duck fillets in a medium pan with the cooking oil for 2 minutes on each side.
Step 2
Mix the Strawberry Reaper, balsamic vinegar and strawberries together in a small saucepan and heat on low until it begins to bubble.
Step 3
Pour the sauce over the duck served on a bed of rice, couscous or with potato and your favourite greens.
