Bluey Zarzov’s Hotsauce began as a husband and wife partnership in September 2020, born from Paul’s dedication to craft hot sauce making that spanned over two decades. What started as a beloved hobby of experimenting with premium chilli varieties and unique flavour combinations became the foundation of Western Australia’s most celebrated artisan hot sauce brand.
When the COVID-19 pandemic impacted our careers in the horticulture industry, we transformed adversity into opportunity. Drawing on our extensive knowledge of fresh produce cultivation and quality, we made the entrepreneurial leap to establish our professional hot sauce manufacturing business in Western Australia.
