What you need:
200g Rigatoni pasta
2 Tablespoons Bluey Zarzov’s Spiced Chilli Oil
2 Cloves garlic, minced
1 Cup cherry tomatoes, halved
1/2 Cup fresh basil, torn
Salt and pepper to taste
Grated parmesan cheese (optional)
Step 1
Cook the pasta in water salty as the sea until al dente. Drain and set aside.
Step 2
In a large pan, heat 2 tablespoons of Bluey Zarzov’s Spiced Chilli Oil over medium heat. Add the minced garlic and sauté until fragrant (about 1 minute). Chuck in the cherry tomatoes and cook until they begin to soften.
Step 3
Add the cooked rigatoni pasta to the pan and mix well to coat with the spicy, aromatic oil. Season with salt and pepper to taste. Remove from heat and stir in the fresh basil. Serve immediately, topped with grated Parmesan cheese if desired.
